What you get

Build the page without a designer.

Everything is in one place in your dashboard, under Website & leads → Website. The preview beside the editor is what visitors will see.

Write with AI

A first draft in a minute

Answer a few questions and Aiva Chat drafts the headline, services, about text, FAQ and search text. You edit everything before it goes live.

  • What you do, where you work, what makes you different
  • Tone: friendly, professional, premium or playful
  • Runs on your own OpenAI key
  • Never invents prices, awards or reviews
Sections

Only the sections you want

Services, Book online, About, Reviews, Opening hours, FAQ and a Contact form. Move them up or down, hide any of them and rename their headings.

  • Up to 4 of your own text or call-to-action sections
  • Opening hours come from your business hours
  • Reviews are only ones you add, from real customers
Design

Your colours, not ours

Start from one of six styles, then change anything. Upload your logo and it shows in the header, the browser tab and link previews.

  • Brand colour and accent colour
  • Four fonts, three button shapes
  • Top of the page: soft gradient, brand colour or plain white
  • Logo as PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 512 KB
Header

A header that fits

Show your logo, your business name or both. Keep the header on screen while visitors scroll, and add one button in the corner.

  • Header button to call, book or get in touch
  • Rename menu links or leave a section out of the menu
Footer

A footer with the details

A line about your business, then whatever you want visitors to find at the bottom of the page.

  • Phone, email, address and area served
  • Opening hours and social links
  • Your own small print and copyright name

Bookings & leads

A website that takes bookings and enquiries.

The page is wired to the rest of Aiva Chat: your booking page, your forms, your phone number and your assistant.

Book online

Visitors book without leaving

Add a Book online section and pick the booking page it uses. Visitors book at your site’s own /book, in your site’s design, with the same rules as your phone line.

  • Choose which services show
  • Next free times on the page (3, 6, 9 or 12) when there is one length to book
  • Several services each get their own Book button
  • Deposits through your own Stripe account, if you take them
Contact form

Every message becomes a lead

Pick one of your forms, or let Aiva Chat make one for you when you publish. Messages land in Forms like any other form.

  • Emailed to you and filed as a lead
  • Counted as “Your website” in Lead sources
  • Can start a workflow rule
Call & chat

Calls and chats reach your AI

Turn on a Call button and use your Aiva Chat number, so calls from the page go to your AI receptionist. Pick an assistant and its chat widget appears on the live site.

  • Buttons only ever go to what you set up
  • Call, Book online and Get a quote at the top of the page
  • Chat and voice widget from the assistant you choose

Booking on the site uses the same services, hours, staff and approvals as everywhere else. See how bookings work.

Search

Set up to be found.

Local search mostly runs on clear business details. The builder writes them into the page in the format search engines read.

Search tab

How you look in Google

Write the search title and description people see in results and when your link is shared. Counters show when you are in the best range.

  • Search title, under 60 characters is best
  • Search description, 140 to 160 is best
  • Google Search Console verification code
Structured data

Business details Google can read

The page carries LocalBusiness data built from the Business tab, and FAQ data whenever your FAQ section is shown.

  • Name, phone, email, address and area served
  • Opening hours, price range and logo
  • Social profiles and your Google Business Profile link
Crawling

Sitemap and robots.txt, done for you

A live site gets its own sitemap and robots.txt, so search engines find the page and your /book page, and skip the parts that are not for them.

  • Sitemap lists the page and /book
  • Previews are never indexed
  • Menus, buttons and form in English, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, Polish or German

Publishing

From draft to live in four steps.

Nothing reaches visitors until you publish, and every publish is checked first.

Choose your address

Your site lives at your workspace address, like yourbusiness.aivachat.io. You pick it at sign-up, or choose or change it in Account settings.

Build and preview

Fill in the sections, style the page, and check the preview. Save draft keeps your work without putting it live.

Publish

Before every publish, an AI check reads the page on your OpenAI key. If it stops a publish, the dashboard tells you why.

Update or unpublish

Edits stay in your draft until you click Publish changes. Unpublish takes the site down and keeps the draft.

Plan & rules

What you need to go live.

So you know before you start.

PlanPublishing needs a paid plan: Starter, Growth or Pro. On the 14-day trial you can build and preview the whole site. A site stays live while the plan is paid.
OpenAI keyYour own key. Aiva Chat uses it to write drafts and to check the page before it goes live.
To publishA business name, a headline, and at least one section or buttons at the top of the page. The dashboard lists what’s missing.
Content checkPages that ask for passwords or card details, pretend to be another brand, or promote scams or adult content are not published.
AddressIf you change your workspace address, the old one is held for you for 30 days so nobody else can take it. Booking and form links you already shared keep working.
Your domainThe site lives at your workspace address. Connecting your own domain isn’t available.

Every live site has a small “Powered by Aiva Chat” line and a link visitors can use to report the page to our team.

At your workspace address, for example yourbusiness.aivachat.io. It’s one page, plus a /book page if you add booking. Connecting your own domain isn’t available.

Every paid plan can publish a website. During the 14-day free trial you can build and preview it, then publish once you’re on a paid plan. If the plan ends, the site goes offline until you’re on a paid plan again.

Write with AI drafts the headline, services, about text, FAQ and search text from a few answers. It uses your OpenAI key, never invents prices, awards or reviews, and you can edit everything before publishing. Your business details and reviews stay as you entered them.

Every publish passes a quick AI content check first. Pages that ask for passwords or card details, pretend to be another brand, or promote scams or adult content aren’t published. The dashboard shows the reason, so you can edit the page and try again.

Yes. Add the Book online section and pick a booking page. Visitors book at your site’s /book, in your own design, using the same services, hours and rules as calls and chat. See how bookings work.

The contact form files each message into Forms, emails it to you and adds it as a lead. Lead sources on your dashboard counts these as “Your website”.

It gives search engines what they look for: a search title and description you control, LocalBusiness data with your address, hours and phone, FAQ data, a sitemap and robots.txt. You can also add your Google Search Console code. Rankings still depend on Google.

The site moves to the new address. The old address is held for you for 30 days so nobody else can take it, and booking and form links you already shared keep working.
