There is nothing to apply for. Your listing appears once customers can book you, and disappears when they can’t.

Search
Found by city, by kind and by word.
Customers search with words, then narrow by city and kind of business. Every city and kind has its own page, so the directory can be found on Google too.

- No city?A business without a city is shown as “Books online” and still turns up in searches.
- Booking opens your pageBook online opens your own booking page in a new tab, with your times, deposits and questions.

Take bookings online with Aiva Chat: publish your website or switch on a booking page. Your listing appears on its own, within a minute.
Turn off “List my business on Aiva Find” on the Website page in the dashboard. It stays off until you turn it back on.
Only what your live website or booking page already shows: name, logo, kind of business, city, rating, tagline, services and links. Never your street address or email.
Check that you have an active plan, bookings are switched on for your account, and your website is published or a booking page is active. A booking-page listing also needs a company name or a workspace address.
