Products that look right and stay accurate.
Build the catalog in the dashboard and check it from the mobile app. Each product has its own page on your site, in categories you choose.
- Photos, prices and stockUp to six photos each, a price with an optional “was” price, and stock that counts down as orders are paid.
- OptionsSize, color or scent: up to three options, with each combination’s own price, stock and SKU.
- Checked before it goes liveNew words and photos are reviewed by AI against the goods you may not sell. The live page keeps its last approved copy until the change passes.
- On your websiteA Products section shows your featured products, and the whole catalog lives at /shop.
Checkout

Switch on “Sell online” and customers can buy from your site. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
- CartCustomers add several products and options, then check out once. Items being paid for are held so two people can’t buy the last one.
- Promo codesA percentage or an amount off, with an optional minimum order, start and end dates and a use limit.
- Your taxSet the store’s tax rate, added on top or included in your prices.
- PickupOrders are collected in person. You set the pickup address and your returns policy before selling online.
Orders
Every order in one list, on your phone too.
Paid orders arrive in Orders with a bell, and a push alert on the mobile app, where you can see every order too. Move each one along from the dashboard.
- To prepare, ready, picked upMark an order ready and the customer gets an email; mark it picked up when it’s collected.
- Cancel and refundRefund all or part of an order through Stripe, or record money you returned another way. Cancelling can put the stock back.
- Customer emailsAn order confirmation, a ready-for-pickup email and a refund notice, in your store’s page language.
- Automations and webhooksStart a rule when an order is paid, like a thank-you email, or send order events to your own systems.
Sell more
The AI sells, and so do your links.
Your products are part of what Aiva Chat knows. Ask about them on a call or in chat and it answers from the live catalog.
- AI product answersOn calls and website chat it lists products and gives details and prices. In chat it shows product cards that open the product page. It never takes payment itself.
- Share kitEach product has a link, a QR code, share buttons for WhatsApp, Facebook and X, and an AI-written caption.
- Questions become leadsCustomers can ask about a product from its page. The question lands in Enquiries and as a contact tagged Store.
- On Google and Aiva FindYour shop pages are sent to Google Search for you, and your Aiva Find card gets a Shop link.

- 03Turn on selling onlineAdd your Stripe key, a pickup address and your returns policy.
- 04Share itFeature products on your website, share links and QR codes, and let the AI answer questions.
Paid plans. The number of products depends on the plan (Starter: 50 · Growth: 200 · Pro: unlimited). You can build your catalog during the trial; it goes live once you’re on a paid plan.
Checkout runs in your own Stripe account, so payments go to you and Stripe’s fees are the only card fees. Aiva Chat adds no fee to orders.
Not yet. Orders are pickup only. Your pickup address and returns policy are shown before customers pay.
Yes. Leave “Sell online” off and your products still show on your site and in AI answers, and customers can send you a question about any product.
No. Products and orders work without one. With a working key, new product words and photos are reviewed by AI first; without one, they publish unchecked.
Weapons, drugs, tobacco and vapes, alcohol, adult products, counterfeits, prescription-only medicines, gambling, and stolen goods or personal data. The AI review refuses them, and our team can take a store down.
