We're solving it.
Customers call with questions. Customers want to book appointments. And business owners spend enormous energy — and money — answering the same questions and managing the same bookings, over and over, by hand. The phone rings at 9 PM and nobody picks up. A booking request arrives at 2 AM and waits until morning.
We built AIVA because the fix is obvious but hard to execute: an AI agent that knows your business, answers customer questions accurately, books appointments into your calendar, and does all of this in the language the customer prefers — Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, whatever they're comfortable in. It exists now. Any business can have one in four minutes.
We're not building general-purpose AI. We're building the best possible agent for two specific jobs: answering questions and booking appointments. Narrow focus, exceptional execution. We think that's the right call.
We're bootstrapped. We've never taken a dollar of outside money, and we don't plan to. We grew from zero to ₹4 crore in revenue by the end of 2025 and we're profitable. We work out of R.K. World Tower in Rajkot. The chai is excellent.

Every business gets asked the same things every day — opening hours, prices, availability. These should answer themselves. AIVA handles the predictable so your team handles the interesting.

We don't say “AI” when we mean “machine learning.” We don't promise 100% accuracy. We don't pretend we replace humans — we make their work less repetitive. Plain-spoken beats marketing-spoken every time.
Built for India first.
Our headquarters is in Rajkot. We support twelve Indian languages on day one. We price in rupees. Everything else — global English-speaking customers — follows from getting India right.

We have 8 people. We will never have 800. Every person on the team ships product, talks to customers, and answers Slack at 2 AM occasionally. Small teams, fewer middlemen, faster decisions.
