Showings · Listings · Agents
Built for a busy real estate office.
Three jobs that keep agents tied to the phone — handled while they’re out showing homes.
Books the showing. Confirms the address.
Notes the listing the caller asked about, finds a free slot in its appointment book, confirms the date, time and property address, and adds the showing to your Google Calendar.
Answers from your listings — never makes them up.
Price, size and availability come only from the listings you’ve added. If a detail isn’t there, it doesn’t guess — it offers a callback from an agent.
Hands serious buyers to an agent.
Warm-transfers to an agent’s number, or takes a message and creates a task if nobody picks up. With HubSpot connected, it finds or creates the contact and logs the call.
In practice
The questions it already knows.
Showings take about 30 minutes with the listing agent. Which property would you like to see? I can book it now.
We cover Riverside, Old Town and North Hills — homes for sale and for rent.
I don’t have the square footage for that one — I can have the listing agent call you back with it.
Real estate FAQ
Questions agents and brokers ask before switching.
No. It answers price, size and availability only from the listings you’ve added to its knowledge — crawled from your website, uploaded as files, or typed in. If a detail isn’t there, it offers an agent callback instead of guessing.
Yes — it can warm-transfer to an agent’s number. If the transfer goes unanswered, it takes a message and creates a task, and the call summary is waiting in your dashboard and can be sent by email.
Yes. Paste one script tag onto your site and the AIVA widget handles text chat and voice on your listing pages — answering questions and booking showings there too. Website chats land in the same inbox as calls and texts.
AIVA connects to HubSpot: it looks up or creates the contact, logs the call, and creates a meeting when it books a showing. For other tools, send new leads and bookings out through webhooks (such as lead.created and appointment.booked) or Zapier.
It books showings from its own appointment book and writes every booking, reschedule and cancellation to the assistant’s Google Calendar. It doesn’t read events added directly in Google Calendar. Each assistant writes to one calendar, so run one assistant per office.
It texts a confirmation the moment it books, and it can make outbound calls to confirm upcoming showings — one at a time or as a campaign inside an 8 AM–9 PM calling window.
