A salon sells hair products. A physio sells resistance bands. A bakery that takes cake orders also sells gift cards. For many small businesses, products are a second line of income that never gets a proper home online, because a separate shop means another website, another login and another set of fees.
The Aiva Chat store puts products on the website you already have, next to your bookings.
Products that look right
Each product has its own page on your site, at yourname.aivachat.io/shop, in categories you choose:
- Photos, price and stock: up to six photos, a price with an optional "was" price, and stock that counts down as orders are paid.
- Options: size, color or scent. Up to three options, and each combination can have its own price, stock and SKU.
- On your website: switch on the Products section and your featured products show on your home page.
New words and photos are checked by AI before they go public, against the goods a store may not sell. If a change doesn't pass, the live page keeps its last approved version and you see why.
A cart and checkout in your own Stripe account
Turn on Sell online and customers can buy from your site:
- A cart for several products and options. Items being paid for are held, so two people can't buy the last one.
- Promo codes: a percentage or an amount off, with an optional minimum order, start and end dates and a use limit.
- Your tax, added on top or included in your prices.
- Checkout through Stripe in your own account. Orders are picked up in person, at the address you set.
Orders, from paid to picked up
Paid orders land in Orders with a notification, and a push alert on the mobile app. Mark an order ready and the customer is emailed; mark it picked up when it's collected. You can refund all or part of an order, or record money you returned another way, and put the stock back if you cancel.
A workflow rule can act when an order is paid. For example, "Thank customers after a store order" emails a thank-you with care tips or pickup notes.
The AI sells, too
Your products are part of what Aiva Chat knows. On a call or in website chat, a customer can ask "do you have something for dry hair?" and the AI answers from your live catalog, with prices. In website chat, the reply shows product cards that open the product page. The AI never takes payment itself; customers buy on your site.
Get the word out
Every product has a share kit: its link, a QR code, share buttons for WhatsApp, Facebook and X, and an AI-written caption. Your shop pages are sent to Google Search for you, and your Aiva Find listing gets a Shop link.
