Being findable is half of getting booked. Aiva Find is a directory of local businesses that take bookings online, and every business that books through Aiva Chat is in it.
Listed without lifting a finger
There's nothing to apply for. If customers can book you online with Aiva Chat, you're listed:
- With a website: listed from your published site, and booked on its Book online page.
- With a booking page only: listed from your booking page, under your company name or your workspace address. Never under a person's name.
Your listing needs an active plan, bookings switched on for your account, and a published website or an active booking page. If any of that stops, the listing disappears on its own.
Don't want to be listed? Turn off List my business on Aiva Find on the Website page. It's gone within a minute.
Only what you've already published
Your card is built from what's already public on your website or booking page:
- your name, logo and kind of business;
- your city, or "Books online" if you haven't set one;
- your rating, if you've added one to your website;
- your tagline and services;
- buttons for Book online, Website, Shop (with your product count, if your store is live) and Call, if your website shows a call button.
Drafts never appear, and neither does your street address or email.
Found by city, by kind and by word
Customers search with words and narrow by city and kind of business. With a live store, product names are searched too, so "hair mask" finds the salon that sells one. Every city, and every kind of business within it, has its own page (like find.aivachat.io/d/austin), so the directory can be found on Google as well.
Book online opens your own booking page in a new tab, with your times, deposits and questions, exactly as if the customer had come from your website.
