Most small-business owners aren't at a desk when their phone rings. They're with a client, on a job or behind the counter. Aiva Chat already answers for them. What was missing was a quick way to see what happened while they were busy.
The Aiva Chat app for Android is on Google Play today. The iPhone app is coming soon.
One screen for the day
The app opens on Today: everything that happened and everything waiting, in one place.
- Needs you: booking requests waiting for an answer, actions waiting for your approval, hot leads this week, store orders to prepare and unread messages. Each row opens where it's handled.
- Today's bookings: today, this week and coming up, with the next appointments.
- New leads: the last seven days, how many are hot, and where they came from.
- Calls today: live now, total and missed.
If you're still setting up, Today also shows what's left to do, like adding your business hours or publishing your website.
The inbox, on the move
Calls and website chats sit in one inbox, unread first. Each call has the AI's summary, the transcript and the recording. When the AI hands a website chat to a person, you can reply from your phone.
Bookings, leads and numbers
- Bookings: the calendar, booking requests with how long each can wait, packages and memberships, the waitlist and reports.
- Leads: every form submission in one list, hot ones first, with where each came from.
- Insights: calls, chats, results and lead sources over time, and your store's orders and sales.
Alerts that matter
Push alerts follow the bell in your dashboard, so you hear about the things worth stopping for: a missed call, a chat handed to you, a new booking or request, a hot lead, a paid order or something waiting for your approval.
Your team, with the right access
Team members sign in with their own accounts and see only what their role allows. A Viewer can look but not change anything. Staff can be limited to their own bookings. If you work for more than one business on Aiva Chat, you can switch between them in the app.
What stays on the web
The app is built for running the day. Setting up your assistant, booking rules, website and store, and accepting booking requests or approvals, happen in the web dashboard, where there's room to do them properly.
See the mobile app, or start free and install it once your account is ready.
