A conversation is a single back-and-forth thread between a customer and AIVA — whether on chat, voice, or SMS. A 3-message exchange is one conversation. A 30-message support session is also one conversation. We don't count messages individually.

For voice, a conversation is a single phone call regardless of length. For SMS, it's a single thread (we deduplicate within a 24-hour window).

Nothing breaks. You'll automatically use overage at the per-conversation rate (₹3 on Starter, ₹2 on Growth). We never cap or throttle you.

If you go over by more than 50% for two months in a row, we'll send a friendly email suggesting an upgrade — usually that's where the math works out better.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel immediately at the end of your current billing cycle — no notice required. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal, or pro-rated mid-term if you reach out (we don't fight over this).

Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

Genuinely free. We don't ask for a credit card. The trial gives you 14 days of full Growth-tier access — voice, web, SMS, the whole thing.

When the trial ends, you'll see a “pick a plan” screen. If you don't pick one, your assistants stop responding (we don't auto-charge), but your account stays intact for 30 days.

Anytime, in either direction. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you don't lose what you've already paid for.

Switching from monthly to annual is a one-click change in your billing settings.

We bill in INR by default. For international customers, we offer USD billing on Growth and Enterprise plans — pricing maps roughly 1:80 (so Growth is ~$120/mo USD).

Enterprise plans can be invoiced in any major currency. Talk to sales if you need custom billing arrangements.

Encryption in transit and at rest on every plan. We process customer conversations in our Mumbai region by default (or EU/US for Enterprise customers). We never train on your conversations without explicit opt-in.
